We launched a patented rope Force 11.0
Special rope using patented technology of material combination and rope construction. Rope for use in extremely demanding conditions (e.g. rescue workers, firefighters, police officers and other special units) due to increased resistance to cutting.
Release of Static 9.0 type A
We were the first in the world to knit and certify a 9 mm diameter static rope according to EN 1891 type A.
The first certified triple combination
The first dynamic rope Master 8.9 certified in triple combination (single, half, twin).
Introduction of the new LOWE technology
Thanks to a unique combination of materials, we have reduced the weight of the rope without changing its diameter and in accordance with EN892.
Rebranding značky
We are giving up the old logo with the climber, who has earned many nicknames over eleven years, and with him we are changing our claim "feel it" to "tied to be free".
Adam Ondra became the ambassador of both Tendons.
Adam Ondra, the most successful Czech climber, became our ambassador for two years.
A year rich in new ropes
We launched the Master Pro 9.2 rope, which has become one of our most popular ropes. In the same year, Master 7.0, the world's lightest twin, was launched.
Zrodil se TeFIX
Patented TeFIX® technology permanently bonds the rope core to the braid. This connection prevents the rope braid from sliding. This result is achieved by adding a special material between the core and the braid. The subsequent technological process achieves a strong and elastic connection between these two parts of the rope. The rope has 0% braid displacement, much longer life, is soft and great to handle.
Even reep cords are winning awards
The TENDON Reep 6.0 Reep cord has received the ‘Guides Choice’ award from the American Alpine Institute.
